Biography of the Presenter:
Li Zhan is a professor at Alibaba Business School, Hangzhou Normal University, and the Head of the Department of Marketing (with a focus on online marketing). He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Economics and is one of the top ten excellent teachers at Hangzhou Normal University. His main research directions include online and offline marketing, research on online retail and online shopping behavior. He has presided over a number of provincial and ministerial-level projects, such as "Exploration of the Path to Cultivate E-commerce Talents Based on the School-Enterprise Cooperation Platform of 'Alibaba Business School'", "Cultivating High-quality Applied Talents in the 'Four-in-One Mode'", "Theoretical Research on the Optimization of Online Merchants Based on Online Shopping Decision-making Behavior", and "Research on the Problems of Zhejiang's Online Marketing Service Market". He has published many academic papers in domestic and international academic journals. He has provided strategic consulting and entrepreneurial coaching services for dozens of large enterprises, including Alibaba Group, Ant Financial Services Group, Zhejiang Electric Power Company, Zhejiang Energy Group, Hangzhou Environmental Group, and Zhejiang Noli Machinery Co., Ltd.
