Biography of the Presenter:
Hu Zhenji, Ph.D., is a lecturer. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, majoring in Law and Economics. He is a young teacher at Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. He has presided over provincial-level projects such as "Research on the Protection Strategy of Intellectual Property Rights under the Innovation-driven Development in Zhejiang Province". He has published many papers in journals such as Research on Financial and Economic Issues, Politics and Law. His main research areas include Law and Economics, Economic Law, Corporation Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
